The project involves the acquisition and comprehensive repositioning of the former Office Depot building located at 2011 Walnut Street in Cary, North Carolina. Situated within Crossroads Plaza, the property occupies a premier position in one of the region’s most dominant retail corridors, characterized by high traffic counts and dense, affluent demographics.

As part of the value-add strategy, the sponsor has secured a lease with Savers (NYSE: SVV), a leading national thrift and vintage retail operator. The project plan includes significant exterior modifications, tenant upfits, and modernizing capital improvements designed to transform the freestanding building into a high-performing asset for the long term.
